1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • If the product is not delivered within the promised time frame due to our fault.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Perishable food items once delivered.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Items without original packaging or invoice.
  • Orders placed under special offers or clearance sales.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for refund
  • Supporting images (if applicable)

4. Refund Approval

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase:

  • UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets (if applicable)

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
